What time is the check in?

From 14h00 onwards - early check-in can be arranged at a surcharge of R100 per hour from 08h00 until 12h00

What time is the check out?

11h00 - late check out can be arranged at a surcharge of R100 per hour from 12h00 to 17h00

What can I do if I arrive earlier to the hotel?

Just send us a request and we will happliy assist

48hrs prior to arrival out of season, 7 days prior to arrival peak season to avoid penalties

It depends on the booking channel, that was used to make the reservation.
